Are your items authentic?

We conduct in-house authentication to verify each piece before we list it on our website.

 

Are your items used?

We sell secondhand and new items. New items are classified as Mint (New with Tags) or (new without tags) in the item description. Secondhand pieces are categorized as Excellent, Very Good and Good.

 

What if the item does not match the description on your site?

If you have received an item and its condition description does not match the item upon receipt please send a brief description of the condition of the item with a few pictures to info@secondluv.ca and someone from our team will be happy to assist you.

 

When will I get my order?

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order.

Shipping times vary depending on the method selected at checkout, you will have a tracking number that you can use to check the progress of your package.

Statutory Holidays will add to the shipping time.

 

Are duties and taxes included for orders outside Canada?

All orders placed outside of Canada will not include duties and taxes at checkout. International orders will be shipped Duty Delivery Unpaid (DDU). Your order may incur duties, fees, and import taxes upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory to obtain your order. Second luv is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties. In the event the order is refused by recipient the recipient is responsible for additional shipping, customs, duties, and taxes. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

 

How do I consign?

You can contact info@secondluv.ca attach clear pictures of each item you would like to consign with brand name and size if applicable. Someone from our team will be happy to assist you.
