Shopping with Second Luv

This website is operated by Second Luv. By purchasing, you agree to the product details and policies presented before payment. Prices are in Canadian dollars before any applicable sales tax. Delivery and any applicable sales tax are shown separately before payment. Second Luv is not currently registered to collect sales tax and does not add sales tax to orders.

Products may be pre-owned and can show wear. Review the actual photographs, condition notes and measurements. Designer sizing may vary. Availability is limited and adding a piece to your bag does not reserve it.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to payment confirmation and availability. A payment failure or unavailable item does not create a completed order. We will contact you if there is an issue with a confirmed order.

We do not authorise additional charges without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, we will provide a remedy as required by law.

Final sale and fulfilment

All sales are final. Our final-sale and delivery policies form part of these terms.
