Second Luv uses information you provide to process purchases, arrange delivery or pickup, answer questions and support orders. This may include your name, contact details, delivery address, order details and correspondence.
Your shopping bag is stored on your device so it can remain available when you return. We use aggregated website analytics to understand how the storefront performs.
Payments and service providers
Our storefront is hosted on Vercel. Stripe processes payments through its secure checkout; full payment-card details are not stored by Second Luv. Our inventory and order database supports fulfilment and customer service.
We share the information necessary to complete your purchase with hosting, payment, database and delivery providers. Existing Shopify order records remain subject to the original store’s privacy policy and retention obligations.
Your choices and questions
We do not enrol you in marketing merely because you place an order. Contact info@secondluv.ca to ask about your information, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern. We retain information as needed for orders, legal obligations and dispute resolution.
Service providers may process information outside your province or country. We may disclose information when legally required. We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services.
