Shipping policy

Online orders are shipped Monday through Friday from 10 am-6 pm EST, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Second Luv offers shipping across Canada and the U.S. or free local pick-up in Toronto Downtown. All orders will include a tracking number. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Orders that cannot be received for whatever reason will either be re-shipped (at the customer’s expense) or cancelled.
