From our edit to your wardrobe

We ship across Canada from Toronto using Canada Post. Enter your postal code on a product page or in your bag for a shipping estimate. International shipping is available by enquiry before purchase.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding holidays. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping charges

Shipping is estimated by parcel size and destination. Your final shipping charge is shown before payment, and we honour that amount for your order.

For international shipping or a faster service, email info@secondluv.ca with the item links and destination. We will confirm the delivery price and explain any duties or taxes before you buy.

Toronto pickup

Local pickup in downtown Toronto is free when offered at checkout. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready and for the pickup instructions before travelling.

Tracking & delivery issues

Shipped orders include tracking information. You will receive an email with the tracking details when your order is dispatched.

If your order is delayed, damaged or cannot be delivered, contact info@secondluv.ca. Any additional delivery charge must be agreed before a re-shipment.
