Are your items authentic?
We conduct in-house authentication to verify each piece before listing it. If you have a question about a specific item, contact us before purchasing.
Are all pieces secondhand?
We sell pre-owned and new items. Listings identify pieces described as new with tags or new without tags. Condition grades describe the item’s appearance; check the full notes for wear, missing accessories and whether tags or packaging are included.
How do I check the fit?
Check the size, measurements and photographs on the product page. Sizing varies by designer. For extra measurements, email us with the product name before purchasing.
Are purchases final sale?
All sales are final. Please review the photographs, measurements and condition notes before purchasing.
Where do you deliver?
We ship across Canada with Canada Post. Enter your postal code on a product page or in your bag for an estimate. International shipping is by enquiry. Please allow 1–2 business days to prepare your order. Read the delivery policy.
How do I consign?
